Just don't mention Gaza I thought you wrote Gina there for a sec LOL. Same applies. In all fairness though I'd like to think we're chill about most opinions as there are lots of Tennant/RTD fans here too. Speaking of which I still haven't made any progress beyond Tooth and Claw. It's funny it's School Reunion that is putting me off. I really, REALLY don't like episodes that link old who and new who. I think they are terrible for both shows. It becomes a comedy trying to imagine even Tennant never mind Ncuti is Tom. I'm tempted to skip it, but unfortunately Sarah Jane just has to be in the season 4 two parter which though shit is still too important to skip. I must admit I have been tempted to go back and start from Hartnell more than a few times LOL. I don't know how you can sit through any of that era tbh.

I really am tempted to abandon it and have a more complete rewatch of classic who than I did last year. Go from Hartnell to McCoy. I wouldn't watch every story (I literally can't LOL) but the most important and my favourites from each Doctors era and a few eras in their entirety like Pertwee and McCoy. Sadly I think it's been too soon since I last watched it I don't know. We'll see.

Out of all of these I don't think anything from Ncuti has challenged the likes of Death in Heaven, Twice Upon A Time, The Timeless Children and even End of Time in terms of obnoxiousness, ridiculous over acting, and damage to the lore (to be fair there is nothing left to damage at this stage.) However I do think that finale with Sutekh might be the most badly written. It's hard to say as I haven't seen any of these stories in years and have no desire too. (I'm stopping my rewatch at Matt's last episode, so I'll have to sit through the End of Time, but other than that f*ck no.) Still in terms of just how sloppy the plot was and how paper thin the explanations were, Sutekh on the TARDIS and not doing anything, bringing death to death brings everybody back to life and Ruby's mother being an ordinary women are the most half baked ideas I've ever seen. Hell they weren't even half baked, they weren't even defrosted. Space Babies is the worst post Moffat era episode for me. It doesn't bugger up the lore, but it is an irredeemable piece of trash. Ncuti shouting "Space Babies" over and over again is the icing on the shit cake.

Ncuti isn't even the Doctor to me. His version is just him in his personal life mixed in with the worst bits of Davies. You can't help but want his enemies to win.

I genuinely can't remember a single thing from that episode other than it was badly made and the monster was gross, but not in a cool way. Absolutely pathetic excuse for an episode.
