Absolutely gutted to hear this. She was one of my favourite actresses and not to sound inappropriate, but a huge crush. I mean she really was quite exceptionally beautiful and sexy and she had such a brilliant presence and range.
Honestly she should have been in more. Don't get me wrong she had a brilliant career and gave lots of memorable performances and I do NOT want to undersell her great body of work, but given how good she was, she should have had a Jenny Agutter style career. She kind of reminded me of Jenny in terms of being that ultra serious, takes no bullshit, proper English lady which just made her all the sexier.
RIP she will be missed. xxxxx

Massively hurt by this sad news. Remembrance is my favourite story and I honestly couldn't imagine it without her. RIP

Classy, elegant, beautiful and gorgeous. She always quietly took command of the screen in her understated manner. She was lovely. Rip Pamela Salem.

That's a shame. She was really very good indeed. It's a pity that she wasn't ever given a regular role or a recurring character. Apparently she went up for the role of Leela. Anyway, she made it to 80 years old, that's something. RIP Pamela,
