This is the second occasion in a month where Amazon have apparently left my items through the letterbox only for there to be nothing there when I've gone to check. I've cancelled my prime now and I might close down my account outright and support my local book/DVD stores in my town instead. Even when I do get my stuff, they usually just leave it on the doorstep regardless of whether you are home or not. They might as well stick a note on it saying, "STEAL THIS."

Got a refund in the end which was pretty easy. Still, I'm switching to HMV for good now. It may be a bit more expensive, but at least I get my items.

Amazon guy literally just left the box outside my door and legged it back to his van. It was even more strange to find out the box was empty! I reckon the driver fancied a good time... |
