If he's half human on his mothers side clearly pure Time Lords can shag humans too. The Doctors mother had no complaints after all. In fact she was on Gallifrey in The End of Time as the woman who talks to Wilf and encourages the Doctor to send Gallifrey back to hell, and in Hell Bent we see she survived as she's the old woman in the barn. Since there was no Mr Who SR around in both cases, I can only assume he either died, or she preferred Time Lord men to such an extent she moved there.
Also Leela and that guy in Invasion of Time seemed quite cosey together, plus didn't Ingrid Pitt say Delgado's Master had the baring of a god? If so that might explain why human women seem to prefer Time Lord men. Maybe their all blessed with god like barings.

I'm beginning my journey through the series of 8th Doctor novels.
Already, the McGann's Doctor has been romanticised, and this is the series debut novel authored by Terrance Dicks.
The reader is reminded on multiple occasions that the Doctor is young and handsome looking, both by the narrator and character dialogue.
McGann's Doctor himself kisses the hand of the past female companions he meets.
Again, this is just the very first book in a 73 novel series that I am reading. A book written by a legacy author.
So, no, it's not inconceivable that the Doctor gets around.
Do we need to see it or know of it?
Probably not.
But, if someone finds it odd that all the Doctor travels with all of these women and doesn't sleep with one of them, can you really blame them?
As the Doctor said: I don't look human, you look Timelord.
