Okay, I've updated this thread, so the information is at the start for easier access after that balls-up with the earlier ranking system:
The Ranking System we presently have is "The Sadako Lexicon of Hierarchical Abuse", so the higher up your post count goes the more impressive the insult-rank you achieve and unlock.
The Rankings are presently set as follows:
0-10 posts - Possible Sadako Sockpuppet Stalker (Zero Star) 10-50 posts - Johnny Come Lately (1 Star) 50-100 posts - Regular Weirdo (2 Stars) 100-250 posts - Certified Mob Rallying Heretic Crank (3 Stars) 250-500 posts - Established Rampaging Primate (4 Stars) 500-1000 posts - Distinguished Third Reich Raleigh Pacifist Death Cult Member (5 Stars) 1000+ posts - Boss of Spineless JNT Apologist Vermin Anoraks (6 Stars) 2000+ posts - God of Mean Spirited Eric Saward Scumbags (7 Stars) 3000+ posts - Champion of Weak-Willed Human-Hating Appeasers (8 Stars) 4000+ posts - Whitehouse Moral Duty of Naked Hoe-Throwing (9 Stars) 5000+ posts - King of Incel Partying Fanboy Freaks (10 Stars) 6000+ posts - Aids Ridden Cum Stain upon the Anus of Humanity (11 Stars)
Administrator - * Beyond * Creepy Administrator
Moderator - Clown World Moderator
Hopefully, these new ranks won't cause any further probs with our hosts, but if they do they are still open to review.
Finally, just so posters don't feel these ranks are being "imposed" upon them, you also have a status feature to your profile should anyone feel the need to assign themselves their own title which is displayed below your avatar.

I mean, it's a tantalisingly aspirational list, isn't it I'm personally pleased to have moved out of my "Sadako" phase, and am fully embracing the "regular weirdo" times - which is quite an accurate description of me anyway. Do we have stats on these? For example, how many have arrived at the hallowed "anus" status? And how long did it take them to get there? Basically, if I'm going to reach for the anus... (figuratively) it would be good to have those numbers to work with.

No one has hit the top 6000+ post rank yet, Burrunjor is currently the highest post-count member who has presently hit the rank of "King of Incel Partying Fanboy Freaks", and it has taken him just over three and a half years to make this mighty title. In fact, Burrunjor is so high post ranking that I have to keep adding ranks to keep up with him. The rank titles are a forum in-joke of all of the many legendary collective abusive insults a certain disgruntled ex-member directed towards the membership of this forum during his many hot-headed tirades. So, as you can imagine, he was quite a wordsmith and had quite an impressive jocular vernacular and cheerful well meaning lexicon at his disposal. I stress that they're not intended for anyone to take remotely serious at all, and are certainly no personal reflection upon any individual here.
In fact, now you've brought it to my attention, I may have to notch up the hallowed "anus" status a few more ranks, because Burrunjor keeps breaking the ceiling on this ranking system. At the time when it was first devised, it was never envisioned that anyone would surpass more than a few thousand posts at most.

Hive Redux has lasted for a longer duration than ArcHive's brief resurrection and NuHive, and has now lasted for the same duration as the 2007-2010 Leisure Hive forum.

Seriously is this the longest running version then? Could be? I dunno. I think the original Redux forum which was prior to the original Leisure hive forum only ran for around 2 years too.

Seriously is this the longest running version then? Not quite. The Leisure Hive (2007-2010) barely equals it, whilst ArcHive's original run (2010-2017) far exceeds it. Still, given that it was devised as a back-up forum, approaching almost four years isn't bad at all.

There was a lot of history there including B's last posts which was why I fairly pissed when it ended up getting purged.

I mean humanity might not be if US foreign policy is anything to go by, but maybe this forum will still survive and when aliens visit the planet all they'll have to go by is this forum to learn about humanity.

I'm not sure they'll learn a great deal if that transpires to be the case, in all honesty.

I'm not sure they'll learn a great deal if that transpires to be the case, in all honesty. Based on my posts they'll think that all women in our society were 6 feet 5 inches tall with gigantic noses and men enjoyed being smacked about by them. They'll also think that 80s fashion trends were how humans dressed throughout all of history based on Maxil's posts, that the Fitzroy Crowd were on the level of the six Cesars in terms of being degenerate rulers, that the human race expired due to self loathing fanboyism and they'll think that Sadako was some ancient evil that the human race lived in terror of like the devil based on the rankings LOL. Sounds like a better version of human history to me.
