On March 26th 2005 Doctor Who died, and more specifically it was murdered by the pervert RTD (who thinks its okay for older men to prey on younger boys). But he was not alone in this effort many "classic" fans assisted with this murder and many more were bystanders. Ian Levine, gallifrey base, reddit, Warbo Holmes, even some people here all watched with glee as Doctor Who was murdered. Thinking it was "fantastic". Some true heros stood against him like Christopher Bimead.
Now RTD he has skinned the corpse and worn it parading it around like its still living. Basically laughing at us and taking pride in his crime.
Its all so tiresome.
This is what has the name of Doctor Who today. I dont even need to comment on this or why its wrong. You should intrinsically know that, it would take an entire essay to explain why this scene is bad, not doctor who, and etc. This pollutes the search results and has basically buried the seven real Doctors and the new fans will dilute all of us out of existence. Unless this becomes a major flop, which I hoping for, and its cancelled then maybe there is hope real Doctor Who will be remembered. I am not that optimistic. This was the logical conclusion of NuWho and in particular the RTD era. The slippery slope fallacy is not real and this was always going to be the product of Series 1.
There is a direct line between Rose and this. The 2005 show is the offspring for which all of this originates from. If you supported RTD this is your fault. You may argue you may cope about that, but it is just the reality.

Not even one negative comment about this. These are the cattle the mindless horde of consumers who have ruined this show.

The viewing figures are consistent with the Jodie era. They're appalling. The YouTube chancers are out there making all the excuses they can but it's easy to see at this point that no one really cares anymore. It's old pat. Older hardcore fans have been alienated and have subsequently repudiated the show, casual fans have moved on, general audiences only have it on because there's nothing else on the telly on a Saturday evening. Younger children aren't remotely interested since the generation that grew up on Tennant have now become adults. Russell T Davies is at best a tired organ-grinder trotted out to sate the hungry masses, at worst a sex pest and borderline pervert who fostered an oppressive environment of bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct during his time on the show. Tennant is, and there's no easy way to put this, a simp who probably has his balls locked away inside a box that his wife keeps in her bedside table. I've always gotten a bad vibe from the other producers of the triumvirate; Julie Gardner and Phil Collinson. Gardner seems like a naggy HR manager type who just gets in your ear about everything, while Collinson seems like a bit of a bully to me, idk I just get a bad aura from him. Anyway, it's time to chuck this lot of oldheads out and get some bright-eyed up-and-comers on the case.

Okay first things first I wouldn't go around saying that RTD thinks it is okay for older men to prey on young boys. He DID write that in his drama Queer as Folk, but as I said in another thread, writers do often write about f*cked up things, particularly of a sexual nature because they find it interesting in a morbid way. Kind of like people who watch docus on serial killers. Doesn't mean that they are that, or even admire the people who are. They enjoy watching it, because it's so against the norm they find it interesting how it could even happen. I don't understand it myself, but it is an aspect of human nature. That said however I do agree that Queer as Folk is particularly troubling as unlike say Alan Moore's obsession with rape, where it is always presented as the most evil thing a character can do, RTD's was presenting the offender in a more sympathetic light. Still ultimately that's probably more just because it was badly written than anything else. Meanwhile there have certainly been rumors of a casting couch situation with Ncuti Gatwa and it's not just homophobia. There is a picture of RTD all over Gatwa that was used as a publicity shot! Imagine this with Sylvester McCoy and Sophie Aldred in 1988, Graham Williams with Mary Tamm, or Steven Moffat and Karen Gillan, dressed in as revealing clothes as these. Sylv and Moff's feet wouldn't touch the ground! Moff got more shit for saying he thought Karen was gorgeous! Meanwhile RTD has also made jokes about chasing the nurse when he is in the old folks home and then there are the rumours of Benjamin Cook being a squeeze of his, and yeah it all looks iffy as f*ck. This is from DW magazine and is about his meeting with Colin Baker. "We talk and talk and talk, of days gone by and days to come, of theatre and telly and his kids (his daughter was a Floor Runner on the Doctor Who Weakest Link!), of Big Finish and The Brothers. And I get the chance to thank him. Colin - I can call him Colin now! - has said many lovely, kind things about the new Doctor Who, which we've all hugely appreciated. He didn't have to. When I'm his age, and the new 3-D-Holo-Who is blazing across BBC 9, starring Rocco Ritchie, I'll be mumbling "It wasn't like this in the old days," and "Bring back the Isolus!" as I chase the male nurse in my anti-grav wheelchair."
Still if that is true, then whilst it is sleazy and creepy, Ncuti Gatwa remember is in his 30s, as was Benjamin Cook when he and Russell were rumored to be together, so it still doesn't make RTD a predator of young boys. He is a bit of a casting couch sleaze IF it's true, but to be fair in the entertainment industry it's not uncommon. See also JNT and Joss Whedon especially. Still it does show you why things need to change in the industry, and we need to stop building these guys up. One thing JNT, Joss Whedon and RTD all have in common is that they were all made out to be the messiahs by sci fi and fantasy fans at different points, which allowed them access to young groupies and made them all untouchable. I reckon if I were to point out that RTD's chasing the young male nurse line would NOT fly if he were straight on Gallifrey Reddit, I'd get thumbed down and banned. I'm just saying because we don't want to get into mud slinging here after all. It's fine to point out that as a writer, RTD is like Alan Moore, Mark Millar, George R Martin, IE one of these infantile guys who is obsessed with not only sex, but deviant forms of sex in his writing, again because he finds it so twisted and f*cked up. PS RTD isn't even the worst. f*ck me you should see Alan Moore's comic the Lost Girls. That is honestly one of the most twisted, depraved and revolting pieces of fiction I have ever seen. League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is not much better. Still again I don't think Alan Moore is a full on pervert in real life, any more than a guy who does slasher movies wants to cut up young girls. (It's fair though to say a writer like that should NOT be writing for DW, a family show unless he or she changes their style to accommodate which yes RTD doesn't really do. Writers of that ilk should be writing edgelord comics and late night sex dramas instead.) Meanwhile I do agree that New Who has in the long run severely hurt the image and reputation of DW around the world, and even though I get on with him, I genuinely don't understand Ian Levine at all. How can he praise this shit, having grown up with the Hartnell era especially? Also why is he so desperate to praise RTD who openly bullied him several times in public! RTD told him to f*ck off, and based two monsters on him and poked fun at his weight! (Which again RTD is not exactly a skinny, adonis of a man is he?) To be honest these days Ian Levine seems to switch his opinions on New Who to such an extent it's hard to make out what he really thinks. One week he is condemning RTD, the next he is saying that's how you do good DW, thank you RTD. I don't know where he is coming from these days in all honesty. I mean again I still like him personally and I appreciate all the good he did in rescuing the Daleks and he is an interesting man in terms of his hobbies and everything like DC Comics, but yeah his opinions on Who are confusing to say the least.

Which was the other monster RTD based on Levine? I know the Abzorbaloff was. And yeah you can't ever really hate Levine, least of all because of his work with the missing episodes. However, back then it was probably a lot easier because there were more of them out there and there hadn't really been any concentrated effort to track them down before Levine began his search. A bit like how Einstein, if he were alive today, would have been a fairly unremarkable scientist. Not to discredit Levine's achievements but the field has advanced way beyond him at this point, leaving him a bit stranded in the midst of fandom. Nowadays he mostly serves as a punching bag for anyone from the deepest pits of DW fandom to the f*cking showrunner himself. I would say Levine's indecision on NuWho speaks to his being a rejected drifter within the fandom of rejects, the selfsame fandom for which he dedicated so much of his time and effort. He's probably genuinely traumatised by it all at this point, and I can hardly blame him.

He's probably genuinely traumatised by it all at this point, and I can hardly blame him. Well I heard some rumors that the Slitheen were based on him, in that it was a running gag in fandom that a monster was hiding inside Levine because of his weight and temprament, and that the Slitheen are a slight reference to it. Again it's probably just rumors from the anti Ian Levine side of fandom, as I have never seen RTD himself say that to be fair. In fact has anyone seen RTD say that even the Abzorbaloff was? It is always treated as fact that he did mind you, and yeah his nasty comments to Levine at an event telling him to f*ck off, show he is a bully to him anyway, but still. I agree that I feel a bit bad for Ian at times as he seems like a decent guy underneath it all and I have seen the generous side. I definitely think he suffers from a lack of social skills and puts his foot in his mouth too often which he deserves criticism for, like wanting to track down Stef Coburn's sister to try and sort out the problems with An Unearthly Child. I'm sure he didn't mean any harm, but he didn't seem to realise you just can't do that LOL. It does make sense as the guy was pampered for years. He came from an incredibly rich family and still lives in a big mansion. You saw in one interview he was talking about how his house is so big his carer can live in there full time and they both still have their privacy when they need it LOL. In some ways the pampering was a good thing, as it allowed him time and resources to indulge in his interests like soul music, comics and DW, all of which he had an extremely positive impact in like saving rare comics (with his collection helping DC map out their own history) and rare DW stories, in other ways however well he hasn't really lived in the real world and therefore can come over as an eccentric drama queen at times. Still the bile fandom pour on him is totally out of proportion. Laughing at him having a stroke, and spreading rumors about him hording stories, and calling him DW's resident c*nt etc. I think there is a nasty to side to sci fi fandom at times in that they do like someone they can bully. We can see this with characters who similarly might not be that great, but are easy targets to bully. Like look at Adric for instance. Why is he so hated? Nobody is going to say Matthew Waterhouse is a great actor, but he's hardly a stand out in terms of being terrible. He was absolutely fine in Traken that I just watched? Hell I think his performance in that was better than Liz Sladen's in Brain of Morbius. I mean overall I do like Lis Sladen, and her daughter is a wonderful woman btw, but there were times she could overdo the being scared bit and ham it up, like when she is going on about being a blind old woman selling flowers, and she makes this noise "uuuuuuuhhhhhhhh" too often when being scared LOL. However Adric is easier to bully as he is a nerdy boy genius, and dressed in very unflattering pajamas LOL and the cast hated him. (I actually think that the cast were sometimes assholes to him. For instance Davsion, Fielding and Sutton do feel like a bit of a clique at times, and they sometimes spread false stories. Like Waterhouse didn't famously tell Richard Todd how to act. He JOKED about it after he f*cked up a take saying to him "Well maybe you can follow my lead or something" and Todd laughed about it, but the trio of Davison, Sutton and Fielding often repeat it as he was giving notes. To be fair to them though Waterhouse does sound difficult as Lalla Ward couldn't stand him either LOL.) Still either way it ends up being a pile on from fans, to the point where the hate he gets is out of proportion. Again after we've endured the likes of Donna, Missy etc, for anyone to say Adric is the worst thing in DW or even the worst acting performance after that is a joke. Is any of Waterhouse's acting as bad as the "OIIII WATCH IT SPACEMAN" OIII WATCH IT EARTHGIRL" exchange?

The Absorbaloff was ironically actually RTD himself. 100 percent. It's quite incredible actually. Everything that episode says Ian Levine did to DW, RTD actually did. Took over the fandom, shout down dissenting opinions, wanted to absorb the Doctor into himself and make it all about him, and just the idea that it was fun before he came along, that is all RTD not Ian Levine even at his most hysterical. Growing up in the 90s DW was simply a fun bit of pure escapism that fired my imagination. Now it is wrapped up in everybody's political hang ups, sexual fetishes, cliques, fandom inwars etc. I doubt it will ever have the innocence it had when I was a boy in the 90s. I hope it does, when there are alternate sequels and new who is just one of many you can ignore. Until then though, yes RTD is the one who has taken it from something fun to a f*cking cult.

The problem is that we're living in a fundamentally uninnocent time. You have kids listening to God knows what on TikTok, and I really hate to be a boomer type and I know there have always been hysterical parents worried about the music their children are listening to, but the Beatles and the Stones are a far cry from artists nowadays rapping about wet pussy and getting f*cked up in trap houses, etc. Even 90s gangsta rap was relatively tame in comparison and it never really glamourised that lifestyle, if anything it did the opposite, plus you had the record stores that wouldn't sell to underage kids. Now anyone of any age can have a Spotify or a TikTok. You see kids twerking and doing these lewd dances and even kids at the age of 10 who watch horror movies like IT and are totally desensitised. For God's sake my mum was scared of the Wicked Witch of the West until she was about thirteen! Perhaps this is why DW doesn't work nowadays; it's a "baby's show" in the eyes of ten-year-olds.

WOW I forgot about Neil Gaiman's version of Snow White. This sums up everything I was saying about edge lord writers like RTD, Alan Moore, Grant Morrison, virgin new adventures authors perfectly. In this version of Snow White, the fantasy, imaginative fiction aspect is kept to a bare minimum, and it's full of the most perverted sexual crap to show how adult it is, and how Gaiman isn't a silly hack who writes childish sci fi.
It reveals that Snow White is a vampire, who rapes and abuses her dad when she is 6, and then feeds on the local pedophiles, which alerts the evil queen (who is a good guy) into seeing she is a vampire, so she freezes Snow White like the myth, but Prince Charming is a necropheliac who rapes Snow White whilst she sleeps, waking her up and together they kill the evil queen and use propaganda to make out that Snow White is the good guy.
Again this basically sums up everything these hacks do. Check out that pretentious, disgusting, perverted, overrated bollocks, the League of Extraordinary Gentleman as well.
Compared to these guys RTD's work is clean cut, but like I said it doesn't mean he isn't still of the same type. That was a bad generation of sci fi writers to be honest, in Britain at least.

I used to like Neil Gaiman's stuff, but I simply can't forgive him for the atrocious 'Nightmare In Silver' (and I wasn't that keen on 'The Doctor's Wife', either).

Well, well, well, didn't this age brilliantly. BTW the latest from Neil Gaiman is that he tried to bribe a young fan girl for nudes in exchange for giving her info about where David Tennant was staying as he knew she was a mad fangirl of Ten Inch. Like I said even if the rape allegations aren't true Gaiman has been guilty of preying on a 20 year old who worked for him when he was 61, being a creepy letch around fan girls and doxxing his friends in exchange for porn behind their backs. Good thing this girl declined and was decent, but imagine if she had been a total nutter. Tennant and his wife in particular could have been in serious trouble. It shows that K's email was in response to one Neil Gaiman's sent her, one that started their email exchange and contained only a photo of the actor David Tennant in costume for a Good Omens production. K says Neil Gaiman knew she fancied David Tennant and that the reference to a hotel lobby in her email is to the lobby of whatever hotel that David Tennant was staying in.
In fact, Neil Gaiman responds to K's email saying he'd give her the name of the actor's hotel if she sent him photos of her breasts and bottom. K declined. Let's be honest here when it comes to DW I have a near perfect track record of being right. I said in 2013 the show should NOT pander to the SJWs, then the tumblr feminist fan generation as they would take it over and it would be a disaster. I was called a complete conspiracy theorist. Told Moffat doesn't care what some stupid tumblr morons think of him. It's fair to say I was right about that. (Needless to say I had the last laugh LOL.) I said back then a female Doctor would be a disaster, because it would be done for box ticking, it would jar, it would change the audience for the show, and it would unravel the Doctors character and I had lots of smug c*nts on IMDB (mostly classic era fans it must be said) talking down to me as an old fashioned sexist for that, who just didn't understand how important female led things are. Flash forward ten years and how well did the female Doctor work out again? I said that Missy was a disaster and paving the way for not only a female Doctor but for the past to be vandalized, I was told she is the most faithful Master, or she's so much better than Simm stop being an idiot. Again look at what we've had since? Not only Jodie, but sexual braggard Hartnell, the Timeless Children, etc. I said Ingrid Oliver was a great actress and that they should bring Osgood back. They did and Osgood has had her own spin off show for ten years in the audios and is one of the few genuinely popular characters of New Who in the last 10 years. I predicted the Timeless Children in a post in 2017 (does anyone have a link? I think it was on nuhive. I said I bet you anything they reveal the first Doctor was a black woman to undo Hartnell being the first.) I said their all about change mantra was bollocks to cover up bad writing, and it was as evidenced by the 2008 nostalgia porn and Bonnie Langford of all companions coming back. I always said Claudia Boleyn seemed the most reasonable of all the SJW fans and I was proven right as she was the only one to call Bendy Cock out on what a disgusting bully he was. Finally whilst I'd be lying if I said I knew what a creep Gaiman was (and I don't blame any of his actual fans for being taken in.) I did always as this post shows think he was work was deeply perverse and twisted whilst others were praising it as edgy and as other posts around here show I always thought his feminism was hollow, performative and ego stroking, so I certainly had his number more than the people on Reddit and GB. They always wanted him to take over DW because he writes so brilliantly for women, he understands them, I remember one fangirl sending me a link to an obnoxious interview Gaiman did about women, when I said a female Doctor was a bad idea, hoping it would illuminate it for me. Honestly I don't care if I sound smugger than Jenna Coleman reading Maxil's posts about her whilst shooting a Moffat script, where the camera lingers on her beautiful face for about 5 mins LOL. My track record for this and this alone is great. This song sums up my history. PS this is from a female singer that this supposed incel loved since he was a teenager who who aging former Rick with a silent P Uni activist classic era fans on sites like GB and Anoraks will have never heard of and if they did would probably write off as a slapper because of her tats. Unlike Gaiman and his fangirls I had a rather wholesome convo with Mutya Buena online. My niece is named after her. Mutya's first name is Rosa. I remember a convo I had with my sister (also a big Mutya fan) ten years ago where my sister said "You know what Mutya's first name is? Rosa, isn't that an amazing name." Now ten years later my sister has an adorable, insane, wee Rosa of her own. Mutya thought that was absolutely hilarious. Maybe if I'd asked her to show me her tits and send me pictures of her pussy and let me dominate her, I'd have understand women more like Neil Gaiman? Needless to say I had the last laugh now f*ck off!
