There was some good UK stuff in the 90s but not as much as there had been and USTV was becoming streets ahead. By the time you reach the 2000s British TV was all but f****d. Correct! In those days, if you said "British television is the best in the world", you would expect to be met with unanimous agreement every time. It wouldn't pass the laugh test anywhere anymore. |
