If they'd made the original Season 23 I reckon there'd be one or two more stories in the classics pile. No doubt The Nightmare Fair would have been a vastly superior return for the Toymaker than The Giggle.

The fact that Attack of the Cybermen came third from bottom in the latest Sixth Doctor rankings in DWM is an absolute disgrace. How is Attack worse than Trial exactly? Even though Attack is one my lesser favourites involving the Cybermen, I'd still give it an 8. The direction is actually very good. I particularly love the moody scenes in the sewers where the Cybermen are just lurking around, envenloped by the blackness. Very effective.
