DVD and Blu-ray, purely because if I buy something I want to be able to watch it when ever I want, not when some company arbitrarily decided I would or the internet conks out. Also if I want to watch something, I want to watch that, not pay for a whole library of shit I’ll not lol twice at just so I can see a hand full of crap.
I do have two streaming services, Amazon Prime, which I have more for deliveries then their shows, and Netflix, as the wife had it as we pay for it together now. I refuse to get more because it’s a bloody piss take to have so much hidden behind pay walls.

Well if it's something I love then I prefer to own it. For instance I am rewatching Angel right now and I own it entirely on DVD. Netflix however can be handy if you are trying something new and don't want to pay for it. For instance I am glad I didn't buy Lucifer seasons 5 and 6 LOL.

This is very true, however on the flip side your screwed if the service your using has something you like, but not all of it. Lucifer is a great example because half of it is on prime, the other half on Netflix. If you were a fan you’d need to own both to be able to watch it in full. My wife was watching the Handmaidens Tale, only to discover that it’s fourth season is not on prime, Netflix or sky. Many other series have this issue to.

I like YT's rental service. It's basically no different than going to a video shop (maybe a little more expensive, more like going to the cinema) but it's saved me blind buying a few things already and then being stuck with something I don't want. I've got enough stuff I do want!

I prefer to own my favourite movies on both DVD and Blu ray. If something happens to my Blu ray player and it takes me a while to replace it then I still have films to watch on my spare DVD player in the meantime.

I have two Blu rays. I've just found an old VHS player in a cupboard while clearing out for the move (which is tomorrow!). Will have to wait and see if it works. I don't think it was broken, it was just that I didn't have room, but I've thrown out an old DVD player (the first one I ever bought back in 2000!) that didn't work anymore, so I might have room in the new house. Depends whether it still works or not!

Cheers! The house is in complete chaos with boxes everywhere, it's like an obstacle course lol. The new house is bigger though, with a converted indoor garage, so it won't be quite as cramped while getting sorted. I'm looking forward to being in, but I want it over with now!
