Classic Who recreationist and colourist Babelcolour has been working on ever since 2020, holding off a full release each time to tweek the storyline with new elements. It is hoped to be coming out at the end of the year in time for the 60th anniversary.
If you're not a fan of the Timeless Child/Morbius Doctors angle, this film probably isn't for you, as it fully embraces it, but if you don't mind seeing classic Who production crews flex their acting muscles, or if you appreciate all of the ambitious VFX details, rotoscoping, deepfakery etc, give it a chance and a try
