Yeah I could never take them seriously - their idea of a "retro review" was invariably something from about five years ago. Heck, I can barely take a "retro review" of something from 40 years ago seriously. It both boggles and depresses me that the early-mid 2000s are now considered "old".  |

Russel telling another fan to F off was enough to convince Noel Zone to call it quits on the programme and stop supporting the RTD2 vision. We'll see how long that lasts. I've noticed also that Noel no longer uses Youtube period and has retreated to the Rumble platform

Sadly as I couldn't post the page with the guy he told to f*ck off's name blotted out for some reason, I'll just tell you. Basically RTD was virtue signalling about the writings guild strike and this guy posted. "Here's an idea maybe stop focusing on shoving your personal politics down everyone's throats and focus on telling good stories so that you're actually worth the pay you get. Then I will stand with you. if the things you create do well, then they will make money and you will be paid for that."
RTD responded with "Or you can f*ck off." Complete with a kissing emoji. The guy was really hurt by it as RTD had been his fave writer and childhood hero. He had posted the comment simply because he had done a terrible 10 hour shift and was angry seeing celebs with cushy jobs whine. He told RTD all this and he was not only reported for abusive content by either RTD or one of his fans, but blocked by RTD too.  The guy he told to f*ck off knows the people I am doing my live stream with. They did one about RTD in response, whilst his fans did the usual dogpiling on this guy. |

Yeah, Davies is a c*nt. If his talent were even half the size of his ego we might have something, but it never was... What completely unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour. The guy is a massively out of touch old bellend.

I don't think a showrunner of a family show with a fanbase full of children should be using such language online. He doesn't strike me as a particularly nice person. He won't get called up on his behaviour though because his name isn't John |

WOW surprised he talked about that given that was after he was with his partner who tragically passed away recently after a long battle with cancer. I'm guessing they must have had an open relationship much like JNT and Gary Downie, though again in all fairness I doubt RTD is a billionth as heinous a person as Gary Downie was LOL. Very few are. |
