I do think thought that they should focus on making the actual show good again before they start talking about new spin off shows.

Agreed, but if it gets lovely Ingrid back on my tv in her cutest persona, then all the better. Well clearly Lineker is not being held to the same standard as Gina Carano. I was almost sick from the hypocrisy on display here. Even from some of my friends. Carano and Lineker did EXACTLY the same thing! Compared their enemies to the Nazis and she gets framed as trivialising the holocaust whilst he gets praised as a great man, speaking out against fascism? It's hilarious that the Mary Sue, a website that has personally called me a mouth breather afraid of women has created a situation where something is a career ending remark if it comes from a woman, but is an example of heroism if it comes from a man. They f*cking suck at being feminists. I'd never call myself a feminist as it's a clique and I f*cking HATE cliques and tribes, but even I think it's a shame feminism has to be represented by these c*nts. (And yes I'll call them c*nts rather than pricks to show that women are represented just as well in crude, infantile swear words.) |

Honestly. The horseshoe theory is correct to some extent. Obviously the left and right don't have the same desires, but they both by and large use the same tactics. They've both become stupid little tribes, run largely by politically clueless idiots who need to have a side, and chancers grifting the idiots for money. That's why I will never EVER side with either. For practicality sake I'll say I'm left as I do fall under that category for most things, like universal healthcare, welfare, supporting gay marriage, etc but I don't want to be part of their little tribe. To be clear I am not a centrist either as that is another tribe and possibly the worst one as it gave us Tony f*cking Blair. Want proof that the left and the right use the same tactics? Look at the attempt to boycott Brie Larson for coming out with some stupid political comments by angry anti SJWs? I don't agree with her comments, to be clear, but they were nothing and shouldn't have any impact on enjoying her performance, yet everybody constantly hates on her and tries to boycott her movies. It's the same with Carano, the difference is that Larson's critics don't have as much pull, but if they did she would get the same treatment. McCarthyism in the 50s meanwhile was the cancel culture of its day. People being smeared as the most extreme thing, a communist threat to America, for the mildest left wing views and it came from right wingers. Similarly who was it that censored and influenced DW in the 70s? Conservative busy body Mary Whitehouse. The right wingers also censored comics in the same way as SJWs do now, with the comics code authority and banning stories about gay people and drugs and vampires for decades. Then we have Sargon of Akaad going insane against SJWs for daring to defend dictator Fidel Castro, only to lick the balls of Augusto Pinochet, an even more brutal dictator because he was a free market capitalist. It;s best to avoid all of these losers. I feel like everyone should follow the example of this woman in the Good Place. Jump to 1:05 and you'll see what I mean LOL. As far as politics and fandom cliques go, everyone should be like her LOL. She became my role model here. Though I would have been friends with the nerdy girl. She seemed like a nice ducky, but still overall I follow Eleanor's attitude when it comes to politics. PS Gina Carano isn't even right wing. She supports Julian Assange, supported LGBT rights before it was trendy and is rumoured to have had a lesbian affair and thinks Tulsi Gabbard is sexy. Again though she is sadly smeared as right because she wasn't willing to go along with everything one stupid little tribe said. |

He slagged off Corbyn.
Then again in todays climate anything slightly left of Hitler is considered Marxist Revolutionary.
In fact, the fascist hacks in the Daily Mail are actually trying to laughingly re-envision Hitler as a left wing visionary.
I guess that means by having a history of supporting Hitler and Mosley, that makes the Daily Mail "Das Kapital", and Lord Rothermere a devotee of Karl Marx.

Although a UNIT series is the most logical Doctor Who spin-off out of them all, I have little faith in RTD making it anything other than a complete pigs ear with the same tonal juvenile moronity of Torchwood.
I heard he's rehiring Muppet to write a few episodes for him which is very humble of him considering I assumed the greedy egotistical pig would be writing the full lot.
