I'm going to say Janice from Friends. I always loved Janice. To start with she is gorgeous. I LOVE her big hair, her eyes and of course her HUGE nose. She is definitely my type. Her laugh never bothered me one bit. Honestly who the hell even cares about someone's laugh? For all I know mine is coarse and awful. I will say the only kind of laugh that bothers me is a smug laugh like Sargon of Akkad's in his videos.
Also in terms of personality she is just so cute. She is a total ducky who goes out of her way to be friendly with everyone. Even Joey who takes a disliking to her for no reason. PS if I had been Janice I would have told him to go f*ck himself. I cannot STAND arseholes who take a dislike to someone who is perfectly nice and considerate and friendly for shallow reasons. It's such a narcissistic thing to do, to say "You're not good enough to be part of my obnoxious little clique." Who the f*ck are you to treat someone like that? Grow the hell up.
Janice meanwhile who welcomes everyone and is so cute and sweet, is definitely more my kind of person than Joey, or indeed any of the Friends. (Except for Ross. He was at least never mean to Janice, and loves Dinosaurs so he can stay LOL. If we were ever trapped on Isla Nublar or Skull Island however, I'd help out Janice and Ross, and leave the rest of the Friends who always went on about how boring Dinosaurs are to fend for themselves.)

Chet (Bill Paxton) from Weird Science. Complete douchebag of an older brother, but very fun in his own way.

I'm sure I've said this before, but I always rooted for Wayne in Sons and Daughters, mainly because everyone - even the supposed "good guys - always treated him like shit no matter what he did, so I couldn't blame him for scheming against the lot of them. Same for Elizabeth in Wicked Science (esp season 1; she wasn't so much cast as the villain in season 2). F**k the bitches up, that's what I say. F**k 'em all up, and make 'em regret messing with ya!

The Emperor from Star Wars is the obvious pick for me. The idea of a technocratic empire obsessed with maintaining order being presided over by a dark wizard who relishes chaos is actually a very interesting idea.
