As I'm one of the youngest here, my choices will be vastly different to most of you.
Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
Never watched the Disney channel until I went to Disneyland Paris in 2008. We got bored in our hotel room one night and started watching the Disney channel (which was in English) and discovered Zack and Cody. It was actually the spin off series where they're on a cruise rather than in a hotel. When I returned to England I become more intrigued by the original series than the current one and spent every afternoon after school binge watching them. The show still holds up for me and is one of the few Disney shows from the 2000s that I watch these days. I do like Wizards of Waverly Place (Selina Gomez was and will forever be a babe), but I knew Hannah Montana was crap at the time. Disney is no longer on TV (thanks to their new streaming service) which is sort of a shame, but now kids can come home and watch literally anything the want unlike when I was younger and watched the episodes that Disney chose to air.
Drake & Josh
Nickelodeon's masterpiece. Even though it's clearly a show aimed at kids and early teenagers, it still works for both me and my older sister. So many fantastic memories watching this one and thankfully it holds up very well. t's very 00s, but sometimes that it isn't always a bad thing.

Way too many to count, mainly because a lot of them actually did end when they were at their peak or only just beginning to rot, people knew when to call it a day back then.
The original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is still the best version of the franchise put to air, my preference is the first three seasons but I can't really place a foot wrong with the majority of the series, the jokes are razor-sharp in self-awareness, the banter is spot on, the villains have excellent chemistry together, April and Irma were quite the catch (too bad we never saw Irma with her hair down or glasses off)
Captain Planet, nowadays the show would be despised for being 'woke', it wore that sort of ideology on it's sleeve and preached to the choir, but it was still rollicking fun with some very creative villans and dynamic voice acting. If I can suggest any episode it would be "The Conquerer", Zarn's character is fascinating, a former sprit of the earth that is totally corrupt and wants humanity to wield absolute power. God as the Devil.
Spider-Man: The Animated Series: Produced in the 90s at the peak of the Clone Saga, this was the last Spider-Man animated to treat Peter as a college-level adult and the only one to well and truly age him, following him into married life with 'Mary Jane' with a brutal twist ending that story, and introducing the concept of the Spider-Verse well before the comics and movies. Really delved into unique serialization too that required an audience to follow or fall behind. Excellent writing and voice acting, even if the violence was limited.
Power Rangers: Still running to this day and based off the successful super sentai formula, Power Rangers teaches us good healthy morals while dishing out some sufficient action beats and blazing martial arts violence, the result? A memorable mealy of pure adrenaline-fuelled chedder cheese. It's had it's brushes with quality moments too. Best seasons are MMPR, Zeo, In Space, Lost Galaxy, Time Force, and RPM.

Press Gang and Wicked Science. Though I guess it's debatable whether they classify as kid's shows or teen shows. Or is that the same thing? The Little Vampire and Children of the Dog Star from the 80s would also definitely qualify.

War Planets - Shadow Raiders: a 3D show created by the team responsible for Beast Wars and Reboot. It tells the story of four planets (Ice, Rock, Fire and Bone) which live in symbiotic conflict with one another for resources. However when warned about the approach threat of the Beast Planet, a colossal world devour, the rulers of these worlds must attempt to overcome their long standing rivalries in order to survive.
A surprisingly well written show with a political aspect given that we our cast is primarily made up of the ruling monarchs of each world and each planet has their own distinct native race.

Camp Cretaceous. Sammy is one of my fave characters in anything. I know I say this a lot but she really does remind me of so many nice girls I've been lucky enough to know throughout my life. She brings back so many nice memories for me personally. I think my fave moments are when she finds Dairus' necklace from his dad, when she tells Kenji he is one of her fave people to hang around with, when she wants to free the Baryonx (even though it could eat her, because she couldn't stand watching any creature be locked up, though granted if I'd been there I'd have told her to piss off with that, but from a distance it was adorable LOL) and finally when she sees Yaz on her own and thinks they should ask her over, and is the only one to think that. That is the epitome of a Ducky and why they have always helped me come out of my shell and helped me, I also love it when she tries to toast them all being friends. If I was there I so would have toasted her back..
Obviously I love the Dinosaurs too LOL, and it's a great series overall. Much better to be honest than the bulk of the actual sequels. I'd say it is the best Jurassic thing since The Lost World. Still Sammy really pushes it ahead into being one of my fave shows.
I also still like the DCAU and Spider-Man TAS and Gargoyles too. All classic animated series from my youth, with some brilliant performances.
"I've been denied everything. EVEN MY REVENGE!" Gargoyle fans will know what that classic line refers too.
