Rumour apparently circulating the animations news earlier was a bit of a bluff and that The Smugglers may actually have been FOUND. Now I did hear someone last week claiming that the animations were actually of different stories, which didn't make much sense - why would the reliable Mirror reporter just take these random names out of the hat? - but now you have to wonder...
Not sure if this rumour is also implying the rest of TUM has been found though. Thoughts? Just wishful thinking or is there more to it?

Hard to say.
I would say that it’s more possible then the likes Master Plan. The Smugglers is not exactly high on the missing episodes wanted list, so it’s hardly the first story that would jump to mind for a bullshite claim.

Apparently there were rumours circulating last year, before the Mirror animation story. Hmm. Don't know what to think.

The Underwater Menace is a great story that has to be seen complete. The Loose Cannon and found episodes really changed my mind on it.

Apparently Kal is hosting a seven hour Doctor Who themed event in July related to missing material.
The usual suspects on GB are already trying to play it down, so it must be something good!

The Underwater Menace is so fun. It's essentially a romp which looks a bit like a 1950s B-Movie and has a James Bond style villain in Zaroff.

Apparently Phil Morris has just said at a convention that the 97 number of missing episodes will be going down very soon...

I know this is SUPER unlikely but given his appearance in the 60th anniversary, you don't suppose they have found episodes of the Celestial Toymaker?
I only say that because the character was a bit of an odd pick. I mean I love the character but for a while we had the whole controversy over the word "Celestial" , which seems to have died down and in some corners pushed back against, and the use of the N word.
Yet they chose that character as the star of their 60th Anniversary? Heavily altered yes, but no twitter nutter would ever let that slide. I just wonder if there's a (hopefully) bigger meaning to the choice.
Oh well a guy can dream can't he?

I'm just more annoyed that the c*nts are still tiptoeing around the whole thing. FFS you might as well just admit you've got the f*cking episodes if your going to put up this artical.

It really doesn't sound like anything Vanezis hasn't said already tbh.
I call non-story. I don't GAF if I still can't see them, frankly.
