The Dead Zone and Nostalghia are personal standouts for me. I have a soft spot for Return of the Jedi too, despite its undeniable flaws.
The German-language home invasion thriller “Angst” (starring Erwin Leder of Das Boot and Schindler’s List fame) is also criminally underrated, even as someone who otherwise doesn’t take much interest in the genre.
