- Anck Su Namum (The Mummy Returns)
- Peggy Bundy (Married with Children)
- Darla (Angel)
- Alti (Xena)
- Missy
- Drusilla (Buffy)
Note this is NOT about their looks, hence why all of the actresses I've chosen are absolutely gorgeous and sexy as can be (and by all accounts wonderful people in real life, though Julie Benz who played Darla was a bit of a diva at first in real life, she has apparently mellowed out.) This is also not an anti women thing as I'm going to do similar posts for male characters.
Anyway yeah all of these girlfriends/wives are pretty awful people LOL .Peggy crushes the life out of Al by using up all of his money and humiliating him, Darla made Angel a vampire and then abandoned him to die, Alti stabbed Cesar to death right in the middle of shagging him, Missy meanwhile wasn't so much bad to her guy, but was pretty nasty to his friends like Clara. Drusilla meanwhile generally just tended to toss Spike out on the street and ghost him whenever she felt like it.
However I'm going to say Anck Su Namun tops all of them. Imhotep went through the worst agony for her. Being mummified alive, being trapped in a coffin for thousands of years whilst scarabs eat his skin, then his flesh, only for the process to repeat again and again. He was also condemned to hell twice for her, and when he is dangling over a pit needing her help, what does she do?
LOL this is one of my favourite scenes in anything. I love how in spite of all the suffering he has been through, the makers of the film managed to come up with something even worse for Imhotep.

Rose Tyler.
Leaves her boyfriend Gets another boyfriend (Adam) while she's still with him but dumps him. Has the cheek to tell her original boyfriend off for dating someone else. Says "there's nothing for me here" in front of him.
She's a horrible woman. At least Mickey ended up with Martha afterwards.

Clara spends all of series 8 lying and gaslighting the f*ck out of Danny. She's like a female Walter White without the charm

Well one that comes to mind would be from a YouTube series I recently found called Lilin.
The main character Lillie is a succubus who dates men with the express intention of brining out the worst in them before she kills them. Worse if a guy she’s after proves to be too nice to play along, she will turn her attention to someone else and claim that her current boyfriend is abusing her in order to draw out the new victim’s inner darkness. In episode one this leads a guy to cave in his best friends skull within a baseball bat.
That said Lillie appears to have been a mortal women once who suffered at the hands of men and she dose start to genuinely fall for a guy she meets, though she’s torn between her feeling on the matter as love threatens her sense of self.
Then there’s Lilith, another demon of an unknown kind from the same series. Lilith specifically looks for men in relationships because she like to “play with her food”. She enjoys the drama she causes, deliberately shitstering to make the eventual break-up/divorce as messy as possible before offing the guy.
While these two are going after guys who are not always of sound moral character, I argue a girl who’s dating you with the sole intention of f*cking you over and killing you puts them on the list.

Smallville's version of Lana Lang or Sam Raimi's version of Mary Jane Watson
Buffy kind of qualifies for me based on how she treats Reilly and Spike post season-four.

I still think Rose.
Rose: "I dated a guy called Adam and got swept off my feet by Captain Jack"
Mickey: "Cool. I'm seeing Trisha Delaney"
Rose: "HOW F*CKING DARE YOU! SHE'S SO THICK!"
And then she gets jealous because the Doctor quite rightly shows more interest in Lynda than her.

there was just something really refreshing about how un-pretentious she was. Like a modernised Jo Grant.

The fact she died was like she wouldve been a perfect companion for series 2 but thanks fathead no you killed her . That always sticks out like a sore thumb.

Maybe she could've been (and Rose really was meant to get exterminated), but they had to change plans due to Eccleston leaving.

That's what makes Parting better than Doomsday for me. I care about the people involved in the fight. Even those two programme workers.
I'm not quite sure I would have cared all that much if Jake had been killed in the Doomsday battle.

I was a bit sad when Elaine the Pain and Davitch Pavale got exterminated, and I wish they'd left Captain Jack dead. I love it when Doctor Who doesn't shy away from killing companions.
I did like Jake, he had something about him and he was pretty hot too. I've just recently learnt that the actor who plays him is actually gay, which explains the deleted scene from The Age of Steel.

"Elaine the Pain" Ah, I see we both grew up with Tracy Beaker.
