Best Cybermen story of the RTD era?

I find it a bit strange that Mickey and Jake magically teleport from London to Newport between scenes. That's a massive blunder from Harper

I'll give it to Rise of the Cybermen. It's not my favourite take on them, but it's a story that at least properly focuses on the Cybermen's body horror aspect.

Army of Ghosts is just mediocre, and the Next Doctor is solely carried by Morrissey.

Next Doctor is tolerable up until the end. The others just suck.

I like how super effective they are in Army of Ghosts, right before the Daleks nerf their credibility.

I still like the fact most of Nu Who's Cybermen are from an alternate reality, since the original lot got blown up in Silver Nemesis.
