It’s fairly obvious that these are the two least popular Doctors on here, but which one is more tolerable?
Personally, I’m voting for Tennant, primarily because he isn’t Jodie (who herself is performing a poor imitation of him), and because his era has the occasional half-decent episode amidst the awful ones. I can’t think of a single solitary Chibnall era episode I’d apply that label to...

Tennant for the reasons you said.
Also Tennant is a much better actor and ambassador for the series. He seems like a nice guy, is always quite humble in interviews and never trashes the original and even hangs out with the likes of McCoy and Colin at conventions and meet ups. His performance was misguided as it was too straight forward and conventional IMO for the Doctor, but at least it was an original portrayal, that he put thought, enthusiasm and care into. It was at least designed to appeal to a certain market as fiction, IE the younger more relatable hero, the romance angle etc.
Jodie meanwhile is a very average (at best) actress and a terrible ambassador for the series. From the beginning she had a bad attitude to the fans, telling them that they were sexists if they didn't like her, telling them their mothers would be ashamed of them. She also trashed the previous actors in the role, stating she couldn't stand their performances as they were just men, and that the show had celebrated the male gaze when they were the leads.
She also just lazily copied Tennant's portrayal and put no effort, enthusiasm, and care into it. To me she just thought that she could wing it by being the first female Doctor. Whilst it is true that she had the worst stories, her Doctor was so lightweight and breezy and nothing I honestly couldn't imagine her doing any previous story.
I remember a friend of mine on Caprona said that if Jodie were to do Tom Bakers scene in Ark in Space where the Doctor talks about the indomitable will of humans., Jodie would just put her hands on her hips, scrunch her face up and talk in a really high, squeaky voice to get it over with as fast as possible because she wouldn't have any idea of how to deliver it.
I honestly think the same would be true if you tried to get her to do some iconic Tennant moments. Imagine her doing the bit in Gridlock where he talks about his people? Now I'm not so keen on that moment as it is overblown, but still how would Jodie do that? Her doctor had no gravitas at all. She would again scrunch her face up into an Arnold Rimmer expression, or go for her other mode which is a completely blank face to look serious.
Also her Doctor wasn't anything beyond being the female Doctor for political reasons. Again at least Tennant was going for a particular market, where as she was just "I'm a woman Doctor and you better support it."
She was honestly the worst lead I've ever seen, never mind Doctor in a genre show. I genuinely believe it's a career ending performance for her.

Tennant is not only a more charismatic actor, but he's a genuinely terrific actor who commands the stage.
Jodie is likable, but she lacks an authoritative edge so I feel she was wrong for the part.

Tennant got better lines and material. He gave good performances in the likes of Human Nature, but he also gave incredibly annoying performances ie "IT IS DEFENDED" and "I never would."
Tennant is a better actor generally and when all is said and done will be more fondly remembered than Jodie. In fairness to him, he doesn't seem like a bad guy. The fact that he genuinely loved the show back in the 70s and early 80s is cool and he seemed to respect the show more than Eccleston did when he was cast. I dig Jodie but maybe that's more to do with my crush on her.

I do admire Tennant, Smith and Capaldi for their intrest in classic who. Smith even watched Tomb of the Cybermen and spoke very highly of it and Troughton's performance.

Tennant, obviously. He's still my least favourite Doctor with the right genitals, though.

I find his era a bit better than Smith's and miles better than Capaldi's.

I don't. I can't watch next to anything from Tennant anymore bar maybe Blink and the Master 3parter. The rest of it is so vapid it's like watching a Marvel movie.

I like Human Nature two parter (most here don't), Blink, Daleks in Manhattan two parter , the Sound of Drums (only that particular episode. Last of the Timelords sucked) and the Age of Steel. I don't like Series 4 at all and the specials are crap. I do like episodes from Matt's time particularly those in his first series, but apart from the occasional highlight I really can't get into series 6/7.

You do have to wonder though if even the stuff you like is worth putting up with the rest of it for.
