Nearly eight weeks of semen retention under my belt (no pun intended) and I'm really starting to feel good. I have more energy when I work out and my desire to meet and share experiences with a woman has increased dramatically. I just need to improve my confidence and self esteem and then I'll be ready to go out there again. I'm also sleeping better and taking cold showers again. I'm on the right path after years of failure and false starts.

Europa League final was a bit pants barring the epic penalty shootout at the end. Man United were pretty poor to be honest. Oh well, I'm still Looking forward to the all English Champions League final on Saturday!

As a QPR fan I find Brentford and Chelsea both winning a trophy on the same day absolutely disgusting. Not the best final, but I did have a Chinese for dinner and it was delicious. Probably should get some sleep now.

Watching Educating Essex. I may lose  some respect for this, but when I was in high school (until I was home schooled) I used to fancy girls like this. Must be the accent or something. lol 0:54

I was just promoted to a Senior position at work. After 10 years hard work, I've finally made it up the ladder in Japan.

Six months ago, I was bulled out of my former job and denied the same position because I stood up against the bullying of the company. My manager said I lacked the aptitude despite meeting ever bloody target and having the highest reviews of the staff on site. Yet, six months in my new job, I've achieved what some in 13 years tenure at the company couldn't.

I might not be around for a little guys. My Dog has cancer and he’s having trouble with his back legs. Don’t know yet if we’re going to have to take him to the vets for the last time soon.

We took Bear, our Mastiff/Rottweiler cross, to the vets on Sunday. It was a hard choice but one made from a place of love. We’re very upset to lose him but at least he’s beyond all his pain now.

I came back the Hive know as chatting with you lot helps keep me mind off things.

So sorry to hear that, mate. Know what it's like ; lost my 17 year old dog three years back. So painful.

Had to sleep part of the night in a lay-by because after work I went on a 3 hour drive to see if a wonderful mastiff cross who was being rehomed wanted to come live with use.

Been sleeping appallingly the last few nights, courtesy of how hot it's suddenly become. I've since gone on a posting streak on here this morning, the kind of which I haven't done for ages.
