Hi everybody...
So David Tennant is returning to the role of the Doctor. It's only fair because he's regularly the actor who tops the polls for the most popular in the role, a completely fair set of samples as we can all be confident that during the RTD era loads of teenage squee-ers went back to the Hartnell era and worked their way through every moment of the old show. We all know the below conversation occurred in many teenagers' households throughout the land back in 2006:
Mother calls up the stairs: "Hannah, dear?"
Hannah: "Like, what, Mum?"
Mother: "Your ticket for the All Saints concert has arrived!"
Hannah: "SO lame! I'm still, like, watching The Gunfighters!" (slams door and rolls eyes).
Anyway I digress. Which of the characters in the poll would you like to see come back to join the Ten-inch and Tate dream team? You may pick any 3! (or suggest your own).

I'd like to see the return of "Destroyed Cassandra". Not just to television but also to the retail shelves. There were so many of them they must have been overwhelmingly popular...

Yes, she brought Carry On-style double-entendre into the show, which the old series had surprisingly neglected in its 26 year history. Wasn't she also technically talking out of her arse the whole time, which is what her creator does in all his interviews!?

Actually, i don't think "Destroyed" Cassandra said anything very much. Which is another point in her favour.

I'm also looking forward to the new Doctor introducing himself. Will it be with a variation of the line 'this is a big improvement after all that oestrogen flying around everywhere'? (to paraphrase the General's comment after regeneration in 'Hell Bent', a nice callback for the fans there!)

Lynda from Bad Wolf/Parting of the Ways. Yeah, she's dead but since when did NuWho start caring about the rules? I reckon Rose should have been the one to die in that story and have Lynda be the companion for Series 2.

Journey Blue from 'Carry On Up The Dalek' or whatever it was called would have been a good companion too. Probably the most well-acted, convincing LGBTQ/BAME character since 2005, and Moff-twat didn't even notice!

She was good precisely because Moffat didn't notice

Jo Joyner, her actress, is indeed charming, making Shakespeare and Hathaway often rather fun (if ludicrous). I also regret Chantho was killed off.

Apparently Clive is in it. Y'know, the joke character supposedly killed off in Rose.
Seriously?
And people are excited for this shite.
