Robots and it's not even close. Brilliant story, great characters, more original premise and twist and much more interesting.

They're both excellent, but Talons edges it for me for all the reasons I've already stated.

Same here.
Both stories are absolutely excellent imo but Talons is such a consummate epic of Gothic styled Victoriana that it seems like a peak of its kind.

Talons of Weng-Chiang for the reasons Rushy stated. I will say Robots of Death has a stronger final episode than Talons, though. Both are God tier classics.
