I like the decade a lot. England won the World Cup in 1966 and the Bond movie series as well as Doctor Who were created.Though I consider the late 80s the golden age of Who, I think the 60s stuff is incredible. Hartnell and Troughton are superb Doctors and the black and white years are perhaps the most mysterious and appealing. Some of the best Bond movies came out in the 60s too such as Dr.No, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice and On Her Majesty's Secret Service. I also really like The Great Escape and some of the music like The Beatles, The Beach Boys (sorry, not sorry) and John Barry. Can't forget the babes either like Elizabeth Taylor and Diana Rigg. My knowledge of the time is somewhat limited compared to the 80s and 90s, but from what I've seen from the 60s I like it. I dig the fashion too.

I dunno, I wasn't there. Seriously, I like some things from it but it's not one of my faves. Who, Callan, Avengers, some Hammer, but a lot of the stuff from then is too dated and doesn't really float my boat like the 70s do.
