I like 'em all myself, at least to some extent, including even what I consider the worst of the classic Who stories. I mean generally speaking there's nearly always something of interest there, however minimal. At least I don't hate any of it anyway even if I find some of it poor or disappointing. And I reckon there's enough good classic stories to make up for any failures of the lesser efforts.
It's just "New Who" that I can't fcking stand. Hellfire, I did give it a fair go and really tried to like it for a long time in the hope it might improve. I could even see potential in some stories and thought Smith and Capaldi might well have made competent Doctors had "New Who" been a different beast. But I finally gave up once I realised it was beyond redemption. Now I just wish it'd disappear so it can no longer contaminate the original classic series by association.

I think people are too harsh on the Davison era. It seems to be many people's least favourite era on here. It's certainly inconsistent with some boring crap, but the good stuff is REALLY good. I can't think of any Hinchcliffe story that is as suspenseful as Earthshock or Caves. Even Resurrection is an edge of the seat experience.
Also, I think Terminus deserves to be there as it is one of Davison's worst, but Castrovalva is a lovely little adventure. So is Four to Doomsday.

Davison ain't as bad as many suggest, yes his era is more inconsistent than the Hinchcliffe era and perhaps not as accessible as William era, but I do prefer Davisons era tonally to Williams and the standard is almost as good in places, or on par with the Letts era. Sure, there are many turkeys and dullard stories in there, but there were also about one or two outright classics per season. The main thing which I think drags the Davison era down a bit, particularly the earlier half, is the damn sleepy synth music, technobabble waffleothons and Davison taking ages to find his feet in the role. As Pepsi says, when it's good, it IS good however. |

Colony in space just found it very boring even though we have the excellent Delgado Pertwee and manning still can't save it for me .
the mutants bleh not a good one
3 monster if peladon basically a remake of curse of peladon
4. The myth makers listened to the audio found it really slow prefer the Romans
5. The Awakening worst of the two parters not interesting very bland
6. Underworld
7. Krotons just does not quite work for me not as bad as the others though
Honestly have to go through more to add honestly those are my top 7 least favorite though .
