I know "Who ya gonna call? GHOST-BUSTERS!" has to be near the top but I vote for Capaldi calling his Viking braves "ZZ Top" and "Noggin The Nog" in The Girl Who Died.
Any other suggestions?

The I'm an idiot speech from Death in Heaven.
Jodie's speech in that climate change episode everyone hates.

Most of the speeches, let's face it. Overblown bollocks.

Most of the speeches, let's face it. Overblown bollocks. And here's a contender. For anyone who wanted this dismal scene to be made even worse:

Capaldi regurgitating random bits of dialogue from previous Doctors in "The Doctor Falls"

Couldn't narrow it down to just one bit of dialogue so here's the ENTIRE script for Love and Monsters instead. transcripts.foreverdreaming.org/viewtopic.php?p=109299Let's see how many bad lines we can take from this. I'll start: "So there I was, with that thing going RAAAAH!"

"Hot dogs, they're the Cybermen of food"
"Uggh, it goes inside their brains!"
Anything that comes out of Tallulah's mouth.
Of course "Now they'll see the real you!"
"We're facing a Cyberman who makes other Cybermen scream!"

And The Idiots Lantern.
"I... AM... TALKING!" "AND I'M... NOT... LISTENING!"
And to think he played the Dane...

And The Idiots Lantern. "I... AM... TALKING!" "AND I'M... NOT... LISTENING!" And to think he played the Dane... I think I'M NOT LISTENING was only bad because of Tennant's shockingly dreadful delivery to be honest. Meanwhile I'd also like to add "He never walketh upon the Earth". Even more hilarious when you consider that episode is set in the 21st century and it's meant to be a guy my age born in the 80s or 90s saying that. Coupled with Simm mincing down the streets going MIIISSSSSS JOOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSS it takes it head first into panto even before the legendarily shit Jesus Doctor.

I think I'M NOT LISTENING was only bad because of Tennant's shockingly dreadful delivery to be honest. I don't disagree, but I'd argue fault for that goes to the director given that Tennant is objectively a good actor. Either they're too scared to interfere with a star, or they're just misguided.

Yes I agree I think Tennant is a good actor, unlike others here. To he has a definite presence and honestly his cockney accent never bothered me. It's actually pretty flawless to be honest. I think he's an awesome villain though. He's not bad as a hero, but I don't know as a villain he can be terrifying. However that is a dreadful delivery. All actors have them. Tom Bakers infamous "WHAT'S IT FOOOOOR" in Pirate Planet springs to mind. Similarly Hartnell's "He must be stopppppeddd" and ridiculous expression he pulls after, or McCoy's legendary angry acting against Light. Does anyone have a picture of McCoy doing that, because it is f*cking hysterical. In Tennant's case I'd argue that it's worse than Tom's as that is at least part of a convo, where as Tennant's zooms in for a close up and is supposed to be big and dramatic. Oh also John Barrowman's gun acting when he is shooting at the paradox machine. That always made me piss myself. Honestly what is it with Last of the Time Lords. It's like everyone is on crack making it and just being as OTT as they can, except for lovely Freema, though to be honest maybe it would have been better if she had. Nah sorry I can't fault that goddess in any way LOL.

Tennant is objectively a good actor. No, he isn't.

Either they're too scared to interfere with a star In that eventuality it's still Tennant's fault, isn't it? The same misguided performance is consistent across three series. Was the director of The Idiot's Lantern secretly moonlighting for Tennant's entire tenure..?

If no one's telling him to change things up, why would he? Clearly it worked out for him.
