On the subject of Grace Jones, this interview of her with Russell Harty is legendary.
This is serious full on Alan Partridge stuff LOL.
If I'm being fair neither come off particularly well here. I think Harty is more to blame the way he is rude to her, calls her "it" several times and turns his back to her! However Jones was trying a bit too hard to be eccentric and weird and her reaction was too strong.
I think that can be a problem with these eccentric types. If you don't go along with their mad persona, then they can feel humiliated and get angry. That said however Harty MUST have known what he was getting in for with someone like Grace Jones!

She could have done better than him. By all accounts he is an asshole. You ought to have heard what Ingrid Oliver had to say about him. (She met him at a convention and she was NOT a fan.)

Yeah he isn't the nicest guy. What did Ingrid say about him? She said he was an arrogant egotist who looked down on all the other guests, and that he was a raving misogynist to all of the women who worked there. She said that none of the other guests could be arsed with him and that was very unusual. Normally the guests always get along at comic cons. ( I remember Paul Darrow mentioning how he got to know the stars of so many other genre series at conventions, including Tony Head, Tom Baker and Nichelle Nichols who he sang a duet with LOL.) Segal however was a big headed dick that nobody liked, which tbh probably explains why he doesn't get asked to a lot of them LOL. |

You look at the likes of Stallone, Arnold and Van Damme and they're great guys on and off the cameras. On top of being arrogant, Seagal is a very lazy actor. He can't be bothered to dub his own lines in movies anymore which is why you get monstrosities like this: Kelly is actually in one of his movies, Hard to Kill in 1990. Not his best film, but she's the best thing about it. She hasn't done too many famous movies outside of that, Weird Science (the best John Hughes film IMO) and The Woman in Red (a great comedy with gene wilder). Many of my favourite actresses from the 1980s drifted away after that period for some reason. |

LMAO that clip is atrocious, yeah obvs you can still enjoy his films. Separating the art for the artist is always important. I'm a huge fan of most of his work, but Joss Whedon by all accounts is a total and complete c*nt. Whilst this year has revealed he was a bigger c*nt than we all thought, it's been a pretty open secret since his vile treatment of Charisma Carpenter was made known.
Of course there are limits. The creator of Ren and Stimpy for instance is such a monster it can be hard to watch now, but I'm hoping in time it will become more divorced from him.

Every single Girls Aloud member is absolutely gorgeous. I'm not even sure who the hottest is, but they're all 10s for sure. I loved them as a kid (I saw them live once) and they're definitely my favourite all female band. I have a few DVDs of their live performances and music videos which I sometimes watch purely for educational purposes and nothing else (honest). It's such a shame to hear about Sarah's health. She was my favourite when I saw them live in 2008.   |

As for me been crushing on Morgana Robinson and Susan Wokoma a lot recently. Funny women are even more attractive and they are both fokking hilarious.   ![]() I loved a response Susan Wokoma gave me on her insta page. I said to her "God damn why are you so cute." Which is a valid question. She then responded "No idea. Rude that isn't it." LMAO Sadly she can't post on insta anymore after that creep doxxed her address. Since we're all in agreement that Paloma Faith is gorgeous, th burning question is what does she suit more? Dark hair? Ginger?  Blonde?  Well I generally prefer dark hair to everything. (Though I'm not picky.) Still I think I'm going to say that she suits red hair the most. |
