From best to worst. Judging them not only as stories, but how well they utilise the Master and how much I enjoy the actor's performance. Honorary mention goes to "The War Games", because I think Edward Brayshaw played the Master in all but name (and did a fantastic job at that).
The Keeper of Traken The Mind of Evil Frontier in Space The Deadly Assassin Survival Terror of the Autons The Sea Devils The Five Doctors The TV Movie Colony in Space The Daemons The Time Monster The Ultimate Foe Planet of Fire The King's Demons The Claws of Axos Logopolis Castrovalva The Mark of the Rani Time-Flight

I couldn't possibly rank them. I think the best stories are Survival, The Five Doctors, The Deadly Assassin, Terror of the Autons and Logopolis. I don't think he was as well served as the Daleks.

What he said, minus Logopolis.
Though Mind, Daemons and Mark aren't bad either.

Mark is good, but I like a fan's idea of the story being a three way mexican standoff between all three Timelords. I reckon that would have been cooler. Fortunately Mark has arguably the best visuals of any Colin story. I also love the period clothing and setting.

I find Planet of Fire a bit boring. Of course I love Nicola, but she gives her worst performance of the series. She's light-years better in Attack of the Cybermen. The rest of it is pretty dull.
