Oh, and Hound of Baskerville. Into Victorian stuff at the moment and I've never actually read any Sherlock Holmes. I usually experience the stories by watching comedy play adaptations of them. You've never seen the Hammer film with Cushing??

I've watched Scrooged, It's a Wonderful Life, Love Actually and The Grinch Who Stole Christmas (1966).
A good little collection of holiday movies for me and the wife.

I originally planned on saving it for NuWho’s broadcast- given that Capra towers over Davies from a great height- although I reserved that privilege for The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series (1981), a worthy Christmas present from someone not entirely unfamiliar…
