Just in case people haven't seen the trailer, this is how the YouTube channel celebrated 60 years of Doctor Who. Enjoy the 2% of TruWho clips!
I think The Star Beast is the worst just because it ended up disappointing me more than I thought it would. It wasn't really an anniversary special so it just ended up being a waste of time. The Daleks in colour is so bad though mainly because Ben Cock's editing is horrific. What a botch job.

The Star Beast at least had some nice moments with the Doctor and Donna. The Daleks in Colour was a hideous act of vandalism perpetrated by fifth-rate hipster uni student trash, the same sort that "get a kick out of seeing a large portion of the fanbase being angered" (paraphrased from Confused Adipose). Ridiculous creative choices that were clearly made only to get people riled up, a frankly embarrassing grasp of editing and sound design, it was all so amateur and snooty. Heads up Ben, you can only pull off being arrogant if you're actually good at something. The guy is the sordid little definition of "having friends in high places". And I think you know what kind of "friends" I'm referring to.
Davies is just a bumbling old man at this point, I can hardly even muster up the energy to get mad at him; it's the equivalent of getting mad at your grandma for tripping up on the carpet. But the Daleks thing was offensive on so many levels. Again, it's a victim of this stupid "blockbusterisation" we're seeing; it's even described as such in the TV guide. People never tuned into Doctor Who because it was big and action-packed, they tuned in for more lowkey, cerebral science fiction. Flux, Timeless Children, multiverses, it's all just such bullshit even putting aside the identity politics angle. Please for God's sake just make it an episodic sci-fi show again, carried by pithy scripts and great acting performances. We might need to depose Davies in the process though...

You summed it up perfectly (except for multiverses. Yes they are horribly overexposed but so is every idea at one point? They don't have to lead to Flash style shit. They are just a good plot device to use every now and then and believe me if the rumors are true this Saturday you're going to be even more grateful for them.) I disliked the Star Beast, but RTD and his vile protege Bendy Cock had absolutely no right to vandalise one of the greatest pieces of television ever made, and I agree with Yak that it was just so badly done even aside from cutting it down. The way it kept jumping back to old scenes to explain it to the viewers who they believed were simpletons and even the choice of colours, like the garish Dalek control panels and Barbara's pink, Barbie costume etc. It was such an unprofessional, hatchet job. Guys in their living rooms have done better jobs with these old stories.

Daleks in Colour is very much the worst, given that it's tackling a beloved classic.
The Star Beast was okay, with lots of entertaining moments. If it wasn't for the message-driven last act, it'd be a solid 8 out of 10. The Meep was a fantastic villain and I loved seeing Tennant pay homage to the "Stones of Blood" court sequence.

Eh, even without the identity politics it still feels substanceless

True, but I don't think that's necessarily a flaw. Entertainment and spectacle can exist for its own sake.
