LOL this page from the BBC's official twitter tries to act like Capaldi was the last Doctor. It says above it "the Next Doctor is on his way."  Way to say "we wish we could erase the female Doctor." Gee if only someone had told you that since 2013? |

Haha stuff like this is why I like Moffat as a person. Where as others involved in new who get into stupid little petty twitter feuds, block people they've never even interacted with, compare criticism of Jodie to two lesbian women being violently attacked on a bus, tell fans to f*ck off, and blow smoke up their own arseholes about how progressive they are, whilst working with a man like NPH. Moffat at least can laugh at himself and have a bit of fun with being a sci fi icon.  An action them when it gets too windy would be a good idea as it would serve as a warning. As soon as you hear duh duh duh duh duh you know to stay indoors. PS I'm aware that for all I know Moffat was a monster behind closed doors who ate live babies, and worshiped the demon god olgania since I don't know him, but his online persona at least seems likable compared to RTD's LOL. |

It's hilarious to me that those c*nts on Reddit downvoted the f*ck out of this because even they thought it seemed so absurd that it had to be some troll trying to make the show look bad. Then when Fathead actually does it, all of a sudden it's the best thing since sliced bread and anyone with a critical word to say about it is just a "hAtEr" who "cAn'T aCcEpT cHaNgE". Absolute brand-worshipping sheep.

I do admit to having been a bit of a white knight for Amy Winehouse, because she did get really shitty abuse (seriously even my posts here don't even cover half of it, NPH's cake alone shows you how bad it was.) Even then however I'd never dream of defending everything she did as wonderful. It's quite funny actually she and Johnny Rotten apparently hated each other, and much like with Tom Baker and Jon Pertwee's hatred of each other, I felt they both had a point when they slagged each other off LOL. She said Johnny Rotten was an egocentric arsehole who had to be the centre of attention everywhere he went, and he said she was an immature idiot who was being taken advantage of by the people around her like her husband, who she saw as a romantic, flawed poet, but was actually a using arsehole. Again can't disagree with either of those assessments from what I've read of them LMAO. This blind worshipping of someone however is something I can't understand? What's even more f*cked up is the middle aged fanboys who grew up with the original. Why do they worship RTD and the current one to such an extent? That isn't even like me and Amy Winehouse. That would be like me worshipping whoever owns the rights to her music ten years after her death! It's honestly insane. |

I don't get it either. I've said many times I'm a fan of the content of something, not the brand name. If the content changes beyond recognition into shit I'm off.
I suspect for some the problem is they've substituted their fandom for having a personality, ergo they cannot walk away even when the thing they supposedly love has been shorn and gutted.
