WHAT, you have The Invasion as a can't remember it? The Invasion is one of the best stories from the 60s. How many stories are so brilliant, dozens of other who adventures would be made using its basic story? Also Osgood as a f*ck you? How DARE you! How could anyone hate that adorable ducky? Sad to say that some of your seasons rankings the number of the season isn't clear. How do you make these btw? I'd like to do one myself.

According to my 2014 review, I thought it was horribly paced and hard to follow. And I liked Stoney better in Daleks' Master Plan. To be fair, I was only 16. I might have different opinions now.
Osgood was alright in Day of the Doctor, but she annoyed the crap out of me in Zygon Inversion and the Day of the Doctor novelisation. It's a daft gimmick character.

Trying to make it in one and I can see why it might seem badly padded. Some would say that means it's an inferior story, but to be fair these were never meant to be watched in a oner anyway. The same is true of the War Games for me IE split it into two five parters, and Daleks Masterplan too. Osgood certainly was a gimmick LOL, and to be fair I only liked her because of Ingrid Oliver, but some of the Big Finish spin off UNIT stories are good and she is soooo much more enjoyable as a lead in them than Kate who is just bland. I think given how dedicated the actress was, how popular she was, she could have been a better UNIT character to recur than Kate. It's baffling that they wasted her?

The thing is that I remember loving War Games and Master Plan much more, despite them being longer. And Master Plan had more recons too. I'd also argue that while Invasion does solidify the UNIT formula, there was already a precedent with The War Machines.
I'll have to take your word for it. Tbh, the entire usage of UNIT in New Who has been a big flop for me with the possible exception of Malcolm from Planet of the Dead. And the Brigadier's guest appearance in Sarah Jane (I liked how even he took the piss out of modern UNIT).
In any case, I'm not really sure why they need a recurring UNIT cast anyway. Classic Who moved away from UNIT for a reason, and the only reason it revisited the concept was for Brigadier nostalgia.

I was going to tell you off for putting the exquisite Katarina in the waste of space pile, but I decided to let you off since you put Season 24 in the solid pile.

I barely remember Katarina. It should've been Vicki who died in space. Would've been dramatic as hell.

Rose certainly is always a joy, you're quite correct.
