Season 14.
Robots is awesome and Talons is just God tier Who. The Deadly Assassin is also very entertaining and one of the better Master stories post Season 10. The season also introduced the gorgeous and badass Leela who is easily the best companion of the three Hinchcliffe seasons. Tom himself is also starting to resemble the fun 4th Doctor I enjoy from the Williams era. Overall I think it's quite good and a huge improvement over the relatively drab Season 13.
